With the PROFI series melting pot, you can easily and safely heat and melt chocolate, couverture or butter for refining cakes, cookies and other baked goods or for coating fruit. Thanks to the long handle and the support bracket, the melting pot can be easily and safely suspended over pans and bowls up to 20 cm in diameter. Its double-sided pouring spouts make it equally suitable for right- and left-handed users.
