The PROFI PLUS series offers numerous practical kitchen gadgets in a uniform, modern design and high-quality workmanship. Made of hard-wearing Cromargan 18/10, they are robust and durable and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. All of the kitchen gadgets in the series are equipped with a hanging loop so that they can be stored stylishly and within easy reach on a kitchen ledge.
The fine but dimensionally stable mesh of the PROFI PLUS stock sifter is not only suitable for draining, fine straining and blanching fruit and vegetables, but also for dusting with icing sugar or cocoa and for sifting flour. The wide rim and handle provide a good contact surface on bowls and pots.
