RIGOLETTO espresso maker for 6 cups

Italy is the land of opera and enjoyment – and it’s from this tradition that the RIGOLETTO espresso maker comes. In contrast to the capricious women who are sung about in Verdi's opera, the RIGOLETTO by Cilio is highly reliable. It delivers 4 or 6 cups of delicious espresso, depending on the model. Simply unscrew the espresso maker and pour in the desired amount of water up to the maximum level beneath the safety valve. Then insert the strainer and add one scoop of espresso powder per cup. After smoothing the powder down, screw the espresso maker together firmly, grasp it with the thermally insulated handle and place it, with the lid closed, on your electric, gas or induction stove at the highest heat. When you hear a soft bubbling, remove the espresso maker from the stove and stir the coffee as soon as nothing flows from the riser. Perfetto!

    Unser alter Espressokocher geht leider nicht mehr dem Induktionskochfeld. Zwischenzeitlich hatten wir dann eine elektrischen, der jetzt seinen Geist aufgegeben hat. Bei der Suche nach Ersatz stieß ich auf den Cilio, der auch auuf dem Induktionskochfeld funktioniert. Der Espresso schmeckt wie gewohnt und die Kanne sieht noch gut aus. Bin mit dem Produkt und dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden.
