The PEPERONE chilli cutter not only impresses with its innovative design, which is modelled on a chilli pepper, but also with its functionality: it has the patented original AdHoc cutting mechanism, which is designed for optimum chopping of dried chillies including seeds. The chillies are not ground as usual, but chopped particularly finely. This releases the essential oils they contain and allows the flavours to develop optimally. The flavour protection cap ensures that the chopped chilli powder only ends up where you really want it, namely on the food to be seasoned.
