Payment and shipping
Shipping
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders with a value of goods of € 29 or more with GLS! For orders with a value of goods below € 29 we charge € 4.90 per order. For shipping with DHL we charge a surcharge of 2.99 Euro within Germany. For delivery to EU countries we charge a flat rate of 10 €, 15 € or 20 € per order. See country chart.
Package Delivery
For parcel shipping we use our logistics partners GLS or DHL Deutsche Post - here a delivery to your DHL-Packstation is also possible.
Delivery via Carrier
For delivery of large or bulky goods via a carrier, e.g. ladders or grills, we ship using various carriers. Please make sure to share your phone number with us so the carrier can arrange a delivery time with you. This delivery method is only available to customers within Germany.
Payment
Pay After Delivery - Ratepay
When purchasing on account, you pay the invoice amount within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment is made simply by bank transfer to the bank details stated on the invoice. Purchase on account is possible from an order value of €50 to €1500 This payment method is only available for customers from Germany or Austria. Unfortunately, it is not available for commercial customers. (creditworthiness required)
Pay After Delivery - Klarna Pay later
With purchase on account you pay the invoice amount within 30 days after the invoice date. Payment is made simply by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice. A purchase on account is possible from an order value of 10 € to 1500 €. This payment method is only available for customers from Germany or Austria.
Credit cards - Visa & MasterCard
In the order process you will be forwarded directly to purchase processing, where you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa or MasterCard with 3-D Secure-Code. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
Bank transfer (Prepayment)
If you choose this payment type, then once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation and bank details to transfer the outstanding amount to. The complete outstanding amount is to be paid within 7 days.
Pay in instalments - Klarna Slice it
With us you have the possibility to pay in installments. You can choose the term of installment purchase from 6 to 24 months. Installment purchase is possible from an order value of 50 € to 2000 €. This payment method is only available for customers from Germany or Austria. For commercial customers it is unfortunately excluded. (Creditworthiness provided)
Direct Debit - Klarna Pay now
Pay until conveniently by SEPA direct debit and buy now even easier with us. With direct debit, the invoice amount due will be debited from your account. A purchase by direct debit is possible from an order value of 10 € to 2000 €. This payment method is only available for customers from Germany or Austria.
PayPal
Pay quickly and easily with PayPal The only thing you need to pay via PayPal is a PayPal account. You can open this during the order process. If you select the PayPal payment type, then you will be automatically directed to the PayPal site where you can confirm your payment. Your PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order.
Payment with Amazon
Payment with Amazon is a quick and easy possibility for your order. Use the information which is already deposited in your Amazon account to pay quite comfortably with us. If you have already bought something with Amazon.de, you must act nothing else. Activate payment with Amazon, while you log in with the e-mail address and the password of your Amazon account.
DHL - cash on delivery package
We will send your order immediately and you pay the delivery to the DHL package deliverer. The cash on delivery fee is EUR 15. This service is only available for orders within Germany and from a purchase value of over 50.00 euros.
