The BRULÉE flambé burner is always ready for use with a pressure switch and is equipped with a convenient rotary lock. This makes it easy to generate a continuous flame with high heat development when flambéing, caramelising, etc. With the adjustable flame intensity, the temperature can also be continuously regulated, as a crème brûlée requires significantly less heat than a herb or cheese crust. Thanks to its long-term reliable piezo ignition, the BRULÉE works permanently and safely. A safety lock prevents unintentional ignition of the refillable burner. The protruding base makes the BRULÉE particularly stable so that it can easily be placed on the worktop between uses.
