The BARI braising pan made of cold-forged pure aluminium has a PFAS-free CERAFORCE ceramic coating in an attractive granitium look, which enables healthy, low-fat frying. The Radiant induction base ensures fast, even heat distribution and is suitable for all hob types including induction. The thermopoint in the handle turns red when the ideal frying temperature is reached and turns green again when the pan cools down. The glass lid enables energy-saving visual cooking.
