The B.IRON roasting pan, made from high-quality cast iron, efficiently retains heat thanks to its special material properties and distributes it quickly and evenly. The droplet structure on the inside of the lid ensures an even distribution of moisture, making dishes particularly tender and flavourful. The roasting pan is finished with a particularly scratch-resistant, PFAS- and PTFE-free enamel coating. The fully enamelled base with a flat support ring ensures excellent stability. The roasting pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and can also be used in the oven without restriction.
