Braising pan EDITION 100 size 28 cm

The braising pan made of high-quality cast aluminium with a mineral-reinforced three-layer non-stick coating is particularly suitable for preparing large portions thanks to its 7.5 cm high rim. Its 8 mm thick premium induction base is optimised for multi-zone induction hobs, but can also be used on all other types of hob. The stainless steel end cap of the solid plastic handle is fitted with an eyelet so that the pan can be stored hanging.
