The QUADRO serving pan, made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, is the perfect all-rounder for the most demanding requirements. The purely mineral b.nature quartz coating with long-lasting non-stick properties is free from PFAS and PTFE. The encapsulated InductionPlus special base with a thick aluminium core distributes heat quickly and evenly and is suitable for all hob types, including induction. Furthermore, the pan, including the glass lid, can be used in the oven up to 220 °C. The stainless steel side handles ensure comfortable and safe handling.
