Pressure-regulating tamper BARISTA

In order to prepare a genuine Italian espresso with a perfect crema, it is important that the coffee powder is consistently compacted for optimum extraction results. A pressure-regulating tamper helps to achieve this when pressing. With a calibrated maximum pressure of 15 kg, a precise and consistent contact pressure is achieved with every use and the coffee powder is compacted perfectly and evenly.

The internal pressure spring of the tamper from the BARISTA series enables the coffee powder to be compacted perfectly and evenly.
