The DR.OETKER springform pan with enamel base from the Back-Liebe Enamel range is visually impressive with its design and optimised seal. The glass-smooth surface of the quartz enamel coating is cut and scratch-resistant and absolutely resistant to fruit acids. Excellent heat conduction ensures even browning all round when baking. The leak-proof base ensures that the oven stays clean, as no contents can run out of the tin, even with more liquid doughs. The excellent non-stick properties of this enamelled baking tin also mean that it is always easy to remove from the tin.
