This practical kitchen helper is a cake knife and cake server in one. Its blade has a straight and a serrated side for precise cutting of cakes and tarts, and thanks to the triangular blade shape, the cake knife can also be used as a cake lifter to place the cut pieces neatly and safely on the cake plate.
