The MISTRAL premium pressure cooker is the perfect helper for gentle and gentle cooking with little water, preserving valuable vitamins, minerals and flavourings. Compared to conventional cookware, you save up to 70% energy and only need 1/4 to 1/3 of the usual cooking time. The 4.7 mm thick Alutherm storage base ensures even heat distribution and is suitable for all hob types including induction. The pressure cooker has a 2-stage pressure indicator with automatic steam release and a safety valve that prevents it from opening under pressure. An internal volume scale makes it easier to measure liquid, while the integrated oil dosing system makes it easier to add the right amount of oil when frying.
