Thanks to its innovative sealing with silicon carbide particles, the water-based ADAMANT PTFE coating combines a very good non-stick effect with high scratch resistance. The silicon carbide coating also gives the pan particularly good heat conductivity. Thanks to its Cookstar all-stove base, it is ideal for use on induction hobs, but can also be used on all other types of hob. Internal scaling in litres and quarts makes it easier to measure out liquids, while the all-round wide pouring rim enables spill-free pouring and transferring of liquids. The condensation-plus function of the metal lid ensures particularly flavoursome and succulent cooking results.
