With the EVO frying pan made of robust cast aluminium and the new PFAS-free, mineral coating with an innovative rough surface structure, Gastrolux has once again succeeded in setting new standards. Long durability and unrivalled heat resistance are the advantages of the new surface design. Healthier cooking with less effort - the mineral coating significantly reduces the need for oil or fat when frying - healthier meals without compromising on comfort and flavour. The 8 mm thick, warp-free all-stove base also offers fast and even heat distribution for perfect frying results.
