The CUT PRO defrosting and cutting board is a versatile kitchen helper: the innovative defrosting side made of coated aluminium reduces the defrosting time by up to 60%. The cutting side with a cutting surface of 28 x 21 cm not only has a circumferential juice groove for collecting liquids, but also an integrated grating surface for ginger or lemon zest, for example. The non-slip plastic rim ensures safe working. A practical knife sharpener is also integrated into the handle.
