With its two different grating surfaces, the long MADERO fine and coarse grater produces fine crumbles of citrus fruit or nutmeg as well as wafer-thin flakes of hard cheese or chocolate. Thanks to the Diamond Laser Cut, it is characterised by its particular sharpness. The curved grating surface, the ergonomically shaped walnut handle and the plastic-coated non-slip base ensure safe working. The grater can be secured for storage with the protective cap supplied.
