Plancha for the MOON 45 barbecue set

The MOON 45 cast-iron plancha transforms the MOON 45 fire basket into a stylish barbecue with smoke- and odour-free cooking. The clip-on cast-iron plancha has an outer diameter of 53 cm and a 20 cm diameter opening in the centre. The continuous cooking surface is divided into different heat zones: the inner area, close to the heat source, is ideal for searing, whilst the more moderate temperatures towards the edge are perfect for gentle grilling and keeping food warm. The raised rim prevents fat from dripping down.

  • Cast-iron plancha for use on the MOON 45 fire bowl
  • Continuous plancha ring with an opening in the centre
  • Optimal heat retention and non-stick properties for low-fat frying and cooking
  • Raised outer rim prevents fat from dripping
  • Material: Enamelled cast iron
  • Dimensions: Ø 53 cm, inner opening Ø 20 cm, height 9 cm
  • Total height of the set comprising the fire bowl with high base and grill plancha: 83 cm
