In the sturdy tin made of thin sheet metal, you can bake all kinds of sponge cakes and breads. The surface is sealed with a sourdough-resistant non-stick coating and is therefore also suitable for baking bread mixes. The heat is transferred evenly from the baking tin to the baked goods, the dough bakes loosely and achieves a balanced browning.
