The mini springform pan with a diameter of 18 cm is ideal for small cakes and tarts with half the ingredients of standard recipes. With its flat base, the springform pan can be used for cakes and cake bases, while the base with a central chimney replaces a ring mould for sponge cakes and bundt cakes. Thanks to the good non-stick properties, the even heat distribution and the leak-proof base, baking with this springform pan is child's play.
