The ATURA braising pan made of robust cast aluminium has a high-quality, two-layer ceramic coating without any PTFE. Its high scratch resistance and first-class abrasion resistance ensure a long-lasting non-stick effect even with regular use. The pan's all-stove base ensures optimum heat distribution and is suitable for all hob types, including induction. With its extra high rim, it is perfect for stews, dishes with lots of sauce, large pieces of meat or vegetable pans. The heat-reducing Bakelite handle and practical counter handle ensure safe handling.
