The CALIDO cast iron frying pan is ideal for hot, crispy frying. It can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C and can therefore be used not only on the hob, but also in the oven or on the grill. Its all-stove base allows it to be used on all types of hob, including induction hobs. The rough enamelling of the frying surface promotes the development of the frying flavours. The pan is made from a single piece of cast iron, including the handle and counter handle, and is of heavy, robust quality.
