Fresh sprouts are a great way to add extra nutrients and flavour to your home diet. This handy set makes it easy to grow and develop sprouts such as alfalfa sprouts, mung beans, radishes, chickpeas, wheat, lentils etc. Soak the seeds or grains thoroughly in the 0.5 litre glass jar, then pour the water over the integrated stainless steel sieve insert and place the jar, insert and sprouts in the ceramic base so that excess water can drain directly into the tray.
