The Königlich privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau was founded in 1794 in Tettau, Upper Franconia, with the co-operation of Alexander von Humboldt. It is the oldest porcelain factory in Bavaria. The traditional company has been part of the Seltmann Weiden Group since 1957. Porcelain from the Tettau brand is characterised by traditional production methods, exquisite raw materials and selected decors.
