The aroma roaster from the COOK range is ideal for roasting, braising, stewing or steaming. The extra strong multi-layer base conducts the heat quickly and evenly and is suitable for all hob types including induction. The thermometer integrated into the glass lid and the removable grid insert allow it to be used as a steamer. The lid made of heat-resistant glass is equipped with a flavour knob that can be used to add liquid, e.g. wine, when stewing or cooking without having to lift the lid.
