Casserole dish with lid from the ELSASS series

The ELSASS casserole dish made of highly heat-resistant borosilicate glass is not only suitable for preparing casseroles and gratinated dishes in the oven, it can also be used for reheating in the microwave and for storing and serving food. It is temperature-resistant from - 40°C to + 250°C, although it must not be exposed to major temperature shocks. The lid can also be used separately as a bowl or casserole dish. Both parts can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
