The PISA gourmet roaster is ideal for roasting, braising, gratinating and, thanks to the removable grid insert, also for gentle steaming. The extra-strong multi-layer base distributes the heat quickly and evenly and is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The glass lid, which is heat-resistant up to 220 °C, allows you to see inside the roaster at all times.
