Stainless steel kitchen bowl

The mixing bowl from KÜCHENPROFI is used frequently, for example when preparing cakes and desserts, when mixing minced meat with egg, bread and spices for meatballs, when marinating meat, fish or tofu for the wok. The bowl is made of robust stainless steel, has a good weight and stands on a non-slip silicone base. This gives it a secure grip, even when the blender is rotating at maximum speed. The stainless steel does not absorb odours and does not discolour. If you are whipping cream or making a custard, you can place the bowl in the freezer for a short time beforehand. Pizza or tarte flambée dough becomes particularly fluffy if you place it in the bowl in the oven at 50° C and leave it to rise.
