The cuisine of the Provence region in the south of France is light and healthy and is characterised by the careful processing of high-quality ingredients. The cast iron collection from the PROVENCE range is ideal for braising, simmering, cooking, frying and deep-frying. The cast iron absorbs the heat quickly and distributes it optimally. This means that the heat can be reduced after a short time, which not only saves energy but also preserves the flavour of the ingredients. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and is ovenproof up to 250 °C.
