Its high-quality 5-layer multi-layer material and a material thickness of 3.2 mm make it particularly robust and durable. The special combination of different alloys (stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel) ensures even heat distribution right up to the rim. The ergonomic stainless steel handles have a heat-reducing effect and thus prevent burns (does not apply when used in the oven).
