The ALLROUND frying pan made of uncoated, robust INOX 18/10 stainless steel is ideal for searing meat. As it is ovenproof up to 240°C, the meat can be cooked in the oven immediately afterwards. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. Its ergonomically designed handle reduces heat and thus prevents burns (does not apply when used in the oven).
