Frying pan SILVER STAR 20 cm
This coated frying pan made of stainless steel (Inox 18/10) is particularly suitable for gently frying vegetables, meat, egg dishes and potatoes. Thanks to the Superthermic® sandwich base with aluminium core, the Silver Star pan achieves extremely good heat distribution and therefore an even frying result. Your food will be crispy on the outside and stay nice and juicy on the inside.
The high-quality coating consists of four layers: the extremely resistant titanium plasma hard base layer is applied in a complex coating process that is also used in aerospace and medical technology. It is characterised by high wear and scratch resistance. The second layer is an adhesion promoter for optimum bonding of the plasma hard primer with the centre layer. The centre layer ensures optimum wear resistance. Finally, the reinforced surface sealant ensures a long-lasting, maximum non-stick effect and ideal cleanability. Thanks to its outstanding non-stick properties, the pan is ideal for low-fat and even fat-free cooking and frying.
The Silver Star pan is suitable for use on all types of hob, including induction hobs, and is oven-safe up to 180°C. For example, you can sear meat on the hob and then finish cooking it in the oven at a low temperature. Thanks to the pouring rim, cleanly serving sauces is also child's play.
All products from the traditional Swiss production company Kuhn Rikon are tested several times by the in-house quality assurance department and the company's own laboratory before they go on sale. All Swiss Made products are subjected to a 100% inspection.
