The frying pans from the ALLROUND series made of uncoated, robust INOX 18/10 stainless steel are ideal for searing meat. As they are ovenproof up to 240°C, the meat can be cooked in the oven immediately afterwards. The pans are suitable for all hob types, including induction. Their ergonomically designed handle reduces heat and thus prevents burns (does not apply when used in the oven).
