This uncoated iron frying pan is particularly suitable for searing large pieces of meat. Thanks to its good heat storage capacity and even heat distribution, your piece of meat will be crispy on the outside and remain nice and juicy on the inside. However, this pan is also ideal for preparing potato dishes such as roast potatoes or Swiss rösti, for cooking stews or even for making a delicious tarte tatin. It can be used on all types of hob, including induction hobs, as well as on a charcoal or gas grill or in the oven. For example, you can sear meat and then finish cooking it in the oven.
Made in Switzerland, this particularly robust and hard-wearing pan guarantees you many years of cooking and frying pleasure. It is supplied in a textile bag in which it can be stored safely.
