The mixing bowl from the CHEF IT range, made from sturdy polypropylene, is an indispensable aid when it comes to mixing dough, blending sauces or heating ingredients in a bain-marie. A sturdy non-slip ring on the base keeps the bowl securely in place whilst mixing, whisking or kneading, whilst two large openings prevent water from collecting underneath the bowl. The transparent lid allows the bowl to be sealed for storage in the fridge. Without the lid, it is also suitable for use in the microwave. The bowl and lid are dishwasher safe.
