Flaxseeds have been known as a remedy since ancient times. To ensure our bodies can absorb the valuable omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, flaxseeds should be ground; and as ground flaxseeds have a very short shelf life, they should only be ground immediately before consumption. Flaxseeds are a gluten-free natural product that can strengthen the cardiovascular system and lower cholesterol levels. You can simply use the ground flaxseeds in muesli, sprinkled over salads, on toast, or even in juice or water.

A measuring spoon is included for the correct daily dose, and a brush for proper cleaning.
