Spices can only release their full flavour and all their valuable nutrients when used freshly ground. Peugeot Saveurs spice mills combine attractive design with the sophisticated technology of the Peugeot grinding mechanism, which is precisely tailored to each spice.

The grinding mechanism of this Peugeot mill has been specially developed for moist sea salt, as a conventional salt mill is not suitable for this purpose. A spiral guides the salt to the grinding mechanism, thereby preventing the salt from clumping. It is made of zirconia, a material whose exceptional hardness far surpasses that of steel or conventional ceramics and which is characterised by complete corrosion resistance.
