The tagine (or tajine) is a traditional Moroccan cooking pot, originally made of clay, and is particularly suitable for North African dishes, as well as other delicious stews.
The ATLAS tagine, made from recycled aluminium with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating, is lighter than a conventional tagine and ensures even heat distribution. Thanks to its classic shape, the conical ceramic lid ensures that the evaporated cooking juices condense and drip back onto the food – for an incomparably tender and flavourful result. The flavours and nutrients of the ingredients are largely preserved in the process.
