VELOCE glass series

4 red wine glasses for Syrah / Shiraz

Capacity: 720 ml, height 24.7 cm, Ø 10.1 cm

Wine enjoyment begins with the right glass. That's why the VELOCE series offers the right glass for every wine, one that fully emphasises its special qualities.
In particular, the glasses in the VELOCE series are characterised by a delicate lightness that was previously only known from mouth-blown glasses.

The glass for Shiraz is ideal for balancing the powerful tannins and concentrated fruit typical of medium-bodied red wines. This diamond-shaped glass is perfect for large and powerful wines from the New World, as the extreme angles provide more space for the flavours to develop. The large goblet is compensated for by the slightly narrower opening, which develops intense flavours and reveals mouth-filling fruit, a solid structure and a long, sweet finish on the palate.

Perfect for the following grape varieties: Aglianico, Alma Valley, Amarone, Barbera, Blauer Portugieser, Blaufränkisch, Bobal, Bonarda, Cahors, Cannonau, Carignan, Châteauneuf-du-Pape (red), Cinsault, Cornas, Côte Rôtie, Côtes du Rhône Rouge, Côtes du Roussillon, Côtes du Ventoux, Crianza, Crozes Hermitage, Graciano, Gran Reserva, Grenache/Granacha, Hermitage (red), Lagrein, Madiran, Malbec, Montsant, Mourvèdre, Norton, Petite Sirah, Pinotage, Priorat, Refosco, Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Sangiovese, Saperavi, Shiraz New World, St. Joseph (red), St. Laurent, Syrah Old World, Tannat, Tempranillo, Teroldego, Tinta de Toro, Tinto Reserva, Touriga Nacional, Valpolicella, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Zweigelt
