The maxi roasting pan for up to 8 people KLASSIKER

The maxi Römertopf for households with up to 8 people is particularly suitable for cooking quantities of up to 8 kg or for festive roasts. The traditional design is tried and tested and classically good. Culinary delicacies such as vegetables, meat, fish or desserts are always a success. Whether Mediterranean cuisine, home cooking or other specialities, the food is cooked with ease. Thanks to gentle temperatures, the food remains full of vitamins and minerals and does not dry out. Roasts are perfectly juicy and crispy. The casserole should be soaked in water for 10 minutes before use. Fine pores in the clay pot absorb the water and turn into a mild layer of vapour when slowly heated in the casserole and oven. If a crust is required, the lid should be removed 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. The casserole is always placed in the oven when cold.
