The WEGA braising pan is characterised by its particularly robust Siegutal Plus non-stick coating and the energy-saving ecotherm all-stove aluminium capsule base, which ensures optimum heat distribution. It is suitable for all types of cooker, including induction, and has a heat-resistant, shatterproof quality glass lid for visible frying and a stabilising pouring rim for safe pouring.
