The multi-layer material of the pots in the BRIGADE PREMIUM range conducts the heat quickly and evenly from the base to the wall of the pot. This time and energy-saving method is appreciated by professionals and ambitious amateur cooks alike. The pots can be used on all types of hob, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. The PFAS-free, mineral-based, two-layer non-stick coating is protected against mechanical damage by a network of raised stainless steel ridges right up to the rim, so that metal kitchen utensils can also be used without hesitation. The all-round pouring rim allows liquids to be poured out without spilling. The ergonomic handles have a heat-insulating design.
