The 5-layer multi-layer material of FINESSE2+ pots conducts heat quickly and evenly from the base to the wall of the pot. This time and energy-saving method is appreciated by chefs in top restaurants as well as ambitious amateur cooks. The flavour and bite of the food are fully preserved. The practical internal scaling helps with measuring, while the glass lid with silicone sealing ring ensures a clear view when cooking with little water.
