The XL BRIGADE ULTIMATE serving pan combines the tried-and-tested 5-layer multi-layer material of the BRIGADE series, which ensures fast and even heat distribution right up to the extra-high rim, with an innovative surface that is firmly fused to it and creates a natural non-stick effect with a small amount of cooking oil. The surface is PFAS-free and particularly scratch-resistant and durable. The pan can be used on all types of hob, including induction, and in the oven. The all-round pouring rim ensures that sauces can be poured out without spilling.
