CHISTERA roasting pan 28 cm 3.7 litres

The CHISTERA roasting pan made of enamelled cast iron combines traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality. While the cast iron ensures optimum heat distribution, the matt black enamelling on the inside intensifies the flavour of the dishes and ensures that only a small amount of fat is needed for frying. The special CHISTERA droplet structure on the underside of the lid ensures regular drizzling of the food: this distributes the moisture in the closed pot and ensures tenderly cooked food.
