The professional kitchen scales are particularly powerful and extremely precise. From 15 grams to 10 kg, food of all kinds can be weighed accurately in 1 gram increments on the large weighing surface made of satin-finished stainless steel. The display can be set to show grams, ounces or millilitres. An additional weighing function (tare) and an extra function for short-term storage of the measurement are also available. The scales can be operated using either 3 AAA batteries or the built-in rechargeable battery.
