The multifunctional, versatile extra roaster with metal lid from WMF is ideal for roasting, cooking and braising on any hob or in the oven. With a total volume of approx. 8.5 litres, it easily holds roasts, poultry or vegetables for the whole family. The metal lid can also be used separately as a serving pan as, like the roasting pan itself, it has a TransTherm® all-stove base, which impresses with optimum heat distribution and storage and can be used on all hob types, including induction. Both parts can also be used individually or together in the oven up to 250 °C.
