With Santoku knives and Chinese chef's and chopping knives, this knife block is particularly suitable for preparing Asian dishes.

The SPITZENKLASSE PLUS knife series comes from WMF's own blade forge and is Made in Germany. During production, WMF combines traditional forging skills with the latest precision technology, known at WMF as "Performance Cut". During forging, the blades made of special blade steel are worked over their entire length with a forging hammer. With a new, innovative refinement of the steel and a high-precision blade sharpening process, knives are created with an optimum cutting angle that are outstandingly sharp and remain sharp for a long time.

The stylish and versatile FLEXTEC knife block offers maximum flexibility when equipping with up to 15 knives or other utensils. The special, blade-protecting FlexTec insert holds the blades securely in place, while its extra-wide holders also make it possible to store household scissors or large and wide blades, such as a Chinese cleaver. The stylish design with a body made of fine bamboo and a base made of high-quality Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel is an elegant eye-catcher in any kitchen and on any worktop.
