The knives in the ULTIMATE BLACK series combine elegant design, outstanding ergonomics and a new type of blade that retains its sharpness for many years thanks to its diamond coating. Manufactured to the highest quality standards in Hayingen, Germany, the knives have hand-forged blades with the exclusive WMF Diamond Cut, which enables extremely long use without resharpening under normal household conditions. Equipped with effective finger protection thanks to the special bolster design, the optimally balanced knives sit perfectly in the hand.

The chef's knife is the all-rounder that can be used for almost all cutting tasks in the kitchen. It is suitable for cutting, weighing and chopping vegetables, meat and fish.
